How far is the Motel away from Tweed Heads / Coolangatta?
We are only 30 minutes from the lovely Twin Towns of Tweed Heads / Coolangatta and the southern end of the Gold Coast.
It's a very easy and pretty drive from Pottsville to Tweed/Coolangatta and their activities.
Do you have Breakfast and/or Room Service?
As we no longer have a restaurant on the premises, we are unable to provide our clients with a Breakfast menu, however, all of our rooms can self cater (incl. small kitchenettes) and we are only a small walk or drive away from many lovely cafe's, restaurants and take away facilities.
Do you have a Restaurant on the premises?
We no longer have a on site Restaurant but we are very close to local Cafe's, Restaurants and Take Aways and are more than happy to assist you with their locations.
Can I order a take away meal and have it delivered to my Motel Room?
Our guests are more than welcome to order take away meals from the local cafe's and restaurants and have them delivered to their motel room.
Just let them know when making your order, the name of the motel and what your room number is and they will be able to help you.
Do you have FREE WiFi?
Every room at the Pottsville Beach Motel has FREE WiFi connected for our clients to use their laptop computers, tablets or phone devices etc.
Do you have Foxtel or Austar TV and Movies?
However, every room has a HD Plasma Television with all of the latest "FREE to Air" channels for our guests
Do you allow Pets?
Unfortunately we are a "Pet FREE" Motel, but if you are travelling with your pet, we are more than happy to give you details for the local Pet Accommodation services.
Do your rooms have a Mini Bar?
Our rooms do not have a mini bar but we do provide our guests with Tea and Coffee making facilities (milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.)
Fridges are provided in all of our rooms, so guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks if they wish.
Do you have rooms with kitchen facilities?
All of our rooms come with a small kitchenette, including a Frypan, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, cutlery and crockery to cater for the number of guests.
* No oven or stoves are provided.
Do you allow smoking in your rooms?
We don't allow smoking in any of our rooms, but if you do require an ashtray we can provide it for you with the request that you smoke outside and NOT in the rooms.
Do you have a Guest BBQ Area?
We have a lovely guest Pool and BBQ area which includes outdoor seating and an undercover Pergola Area.

Guest are required to use the crockery and cutlery from their rooms, however, BBQ tongs and utensils are provided.
Do you have a pool?
We have a lovely pool area for our guests to relax and enjoy including BBQ facilities and Undercover Patio Area.

Is the Motel close to shops and cafes?
The Pottsville Beach Motel is located only a short distance from Pottsville Village which has a range of restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and an IGA supermarket.
Is your motel close to the beach?
We are only a block from the beach, which can be easily accessed by walking to the end of the side street located at the side of the Motel.
Approx. 200 metres to the beach.
Do the rooms come with bedding and linen?
All of our rooms come with the beds already made, clean and fresh and each guest is supplied with a towel set and general toiletries.
We also supply our guests with additional blankets, towels
Do you have Family Rooms?
We have a range of room configurations catering for up to 7 people in our *Family Units.
What are your Guest Check In and Check Out times?
Our Motel Guests can check in after 1pm to 2pm with the latest Check In being up to 8pm if previously arranged.
Check out time is 10am on your last day of stay.
The Pottsville Beach Motel operates on NSW DLST.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy? If so, what is it?
Cancellations must be made at least *24 hours prior to check in date and time, will incur NO cancellation fee.
However, cancellations received less than *24 hours of the scheduled booking, will be charged the full amount for the first cancelled night.
* These conditions may change depending if your booking is in a Peak or Off Peak Time of the year.

How can I confirm or guarantee a booking?
Guests can also book online via our booking system and pay for their stay at the time of booking, confirming their stay.
All guests are required to pay the balance of their stay IN FULL, upon arrival.
* For bookings of more than 1 night's stay, a larger deposit may be required to confirm a booking - usually the first night's rate in full.
